Brasserie Max's Sake Martini – Cocktail Guide
To try something unique, sample this refined martini-inspired drink. It is delicate, fragrant and easy to sip, and matches wonderfully with parmesan chunks.
Sake Martini
Serves 1
30ml gin – choose a premium dry gin
15ml Lillet Blanc – an aromatic French aperitif wine
15ml sake – a light, medium-bodied one, ideally
Combine the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake in a cocktail shaker, toss in plenty of ice cubes and stir thoroughly for 30 seconds to cool. Pour into a frosty martini glass and enjoy.
